The space Step off the highway and into your roadside mini oasis, complete with a small sun porch and the gentle burble of Carson Creek. With two bedrooms (each with its own mini-split), full bathroom, comfortable living space, garden, and fully-equipped kitchen. There couldn’t be a better home base to explore all the Gorge has to offer. Both bedrooms are the perfect place to hide away with a good book or sneak in a mid-day nap following your morning hike. Nestle in and sleep easy on bedroom one’s queen-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress. There’s even a bonus trundle for the little ones (or a single friend). Bedroom two’s queen-sized Nectar Premier Copper mattress is just as comfy. The hum of Wind River Highway fades into the background and a cool breeze compliments the soothing sounds of Carson Creek. Muddy or sore? Steam up the tiled, glass-door shower and rinse off with the provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Radiant heat prevents cold feet. Towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, ironing board, and iron provided. After pretending to cook dinner (Backwoods Brewery is just around the corner) in the fully-equipped kitchen, enter your login and settle in for movie night on the 65” flatscreen TV and speaker system. Streaming your favorite shows or working remotely is easy with ultra-fast internet (around 1000 mps) and cozy couches. Not into TV? Grab a cold beverage and head to the back deck, with seating that faces the garden. Leave time for coffee or a smoothie (we provide the blender) before heading out to take advantage of the area’s many activities! The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner, from pots and pans to kid-friendly cutlery and dishes.

The place is updated, very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal to explore the Columbia River Gorge and enjoy fishing at Wind River or Drano Lake.
We had a great time at Rafa and Fer’s place. Instructions were very clear, communication easy. Place is very clean, inviting and peaceful. There is a little creek on the property so I got to dip my feet in the water every morning, and it was wonderful! Thank you! 🙏🏼
Rafa’s place was absolutely perfect! We had a new years dinner party and the space was perfect for our group, great space and size for the square footage. The beds were comfortable and clean, and clearly the hosts put care into this home. It was cozy, accessible, and easy to find. The location comes with a natural sound machine: a little creek running through the backyard! The kitchen is well sized and the living room comfortable. Awesome smartTV & speaker to keep the music going all night. Rafa & Fernanda really take care of their space & guests even on a holiday, communicating in the evening before the new year. Super helpful with any questions, and there’s a first aid kit available as well. Would stay again for sure!
We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The place has a really cool vibe with its stylish decor - it felt super cozy and chic at the same time. You can tell someone put a lot of love into decorating it. The host was amazing too. Super quick to respond and really helpful. Also the river out back is a total bonus! It's so peaceful and pretty back there. We love it so much and can't recommend it enough!
