The Listing is in great location. Martina is also reaponsive. The listing is also perfect for family. We had a comfortable stay and we will surely rebook!

There was a problem with the WIFI not working. The microwave did not work either. With the wifi issue not being resolved that day, nor guaranteed the following day, we could not stay as I am a remote worker and one of the reasons I chose the place, especially as the WIFI speeds were highlighted in the listing title so to boast about it and yet not work, is truly something. The host offered a 1 bedroom they had 2 floors below, which would not work for us, and we could not stay in two different places as it is inconvenient and not what we were comfortable with. This place would have been fine otherwise, and the host did what they could to accommodate. I understand things like this can happen, but the host should really make an effort to ensure to check that everything in the place is ready and operational BEFORE placing it for reservation and guests checking in.. Better management of the unit would help with this.
