Private backyard deck with a pool, for family cookout and stroll to get ice cream Upon entering this exquisite residence and property situated on over two acres of landscaped privacy, this exceptional Georgian Colonial with fill your heart with warmth and visions of future family memories. The blend of Old World Charm and modern amenities creates a truly memorable living. Original features include beautiful Pine flooring, Formal Dining Room with stunning Arched Cabinetry, and Living Room just as impressive with a handsome fireplace flanked by French Doors leading to a granite patio. Positioned between the tennis court and the in-ground pool for viewing. The kitchen is spacious with an eating area, Butler’s Pantry open to Family Room with French Doors to the deck overlooking the in-ground pool and yard, with a large deck, an outdoor dining table and Weber Grill. The Master Bedroom is delightful with his & her vanities, a spa tub, a tiled glass shower, and a walk-in closet. The four personalized guest bedrooms each offer a private ensuite bath with an optional rear staircase access. The grounds are beautifully landscaped.

This is a lovely home in a beautiful, quiet setting. Our contact, Lisa, was very responsive: e.g., we asked for more blankets, and she delivered them to the door within an hour - along with a complimentary bottle of her husband's special wine! We would highly recommend this rental.
House was great as described.
Came to enjoy a charming stay in MA to be near Salem during Halloween. House was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Location was great! Host was very hospitable, warm and even left a lovely welcome basket. Always incredibly responsive when I asked questions. We expressed concerns for the absence of working exterior lighting upon arrival and he immediately came the next day with an electrician to resolve. However, we encountered other issues that will require maintenance or a walkthrough. We discovered both sets of doors leading to the back patio and the fist floor sitting room couldn’t lock which was a safety concern. When cooking 2 stove burners weren’t working, the cable for the tv was out of service so we bought a DVD player, a set of live wires were left exposed above the master bathroom toilet and found upon entry, two bed frames collapsed only one slept in, and couldn’t locate outdoor trash bins to recycle or dispose garbage. Potential is here, just needs maintenance.
This an amazing place to stay. We all felt as if we were at home. We didn’t want to leave! We hope to make this an annual family trip and hope to stay here again.
It was a perfect getaway for us. Easy Uber or drive to restaurants and the pool and back yard were just what we needed. Everything was nice, clean and spot on with the pictures on the app. All good.

Gloucester is a coastal city on Cape Ann, in Massachusetts. Its fishing heritage is reflected in the harbor-side Fisherman’s Memorial, with a statue and names of those lost at sea. Cape Ann Museum has work by 1800s maritime artist Fitz Henry Lane. East, the sands of Good Harbor Beach extend to Salt Island at low tide. Southwest, 1920s medieval-style Hammond Castle Museum was home to inventor John Hays Hammond, Jr. Walk along the main spread from Stage Fort park to Beauport hotel ( 1 mile - 20 mins or probably more, along the western with sweeping views to the Eastern point lighthouse.
Great downtown with quaint shops, restaurants, fresh seafood vendors, bars, lounges, coffee shops, and ice cream spots.
