首尔 · 出租单元里的独立房间 · 1室2床1.0卫 · 可住4人 · Auntie's house-A
I am a Korean language teacher and this house is for foreigners only. I have a cheerful husband and two teenagers. I'm the best host on homestay matching sites and haven't missed this position in years. I invite foreigners who want to experience Korean life, such as learning Korean, making Korean food, exploring nearby attractions together, and meeting my neighbors. Thank you very much for your consideration, and I look forward to hosting you in the near future! Have a nice trip!! Opening the window near Ansan treats you to the sounds of birds and insects in this bright and clean room, flooded with sunlight. I hate the cold, so I installed a total of three windows before moving into this house. The windows cannot be opened outside, and there is a security office, so it's safe. If our schedules align, I can offer a free guided tour of nearby attractions on weekday mornings. I mainly focus on discussing the Joseon Dynasty and modern history with the guests while visiting famous attractions, but I am open to creating an itinerary that interests you! When you request a homestay, please let me know the information that includes your name, nationality, sex and travel purpose.
My house is located in the western part of central Seoul and it is quiet and safe. The air is clear and cool in the summer and is surrounded by the forest; I can hear the birds singing lovely songs all day.
You can go to the Yeongcheon traditional market, Seodaemun Independence Park, and Ansan Observatory by foot. There is a beautiful and famous walking path around my house.
3 kilometers from my house from Yonsei University, Ewha Womans University, and Gyeongbok Palace. It takes about 5~10 minutes by bus and Metro.
The nearest convenience store is around the corner. Restaurants are available at Muakjae Station or Dongnimmun Station and I can introduce you to delicious restaurants and local attractions.
2/3 of Korea’s terrain is made up of mountains. Some houses, schools, and museums are located in the mountains, like my home. If you stay at my home, I’m sure you will be satisfied. However My home may not be suitable for people who dislike light exercise.
My house is 60 minutes drive from the airport. The nearest bus stop is 6 minutes walk from home and has many available bus routes.
There's plenty of parking space, so you can park for free. The nearest station is Muakjae Station. If you come by public transportation from Incheon Airport, take a taxi or take a bus or subway from Seoul Station. It's five stops away by bus.
