Beautiful property, completely private, and fully renovated. Heated Pool/Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, putting green, plenty of outdoor seating for eating, lounging, sunbathing, outdoor games, putting green, and also plenty of shade provided by the beautiful trees. We specialize in Bachelor and Bachelorette groups. We can arrange a Cigar Roller to come to the house. We have access to boats, cars, private chefs and catered food (Delicious Paella, Cuban, Peruvian Ceviche among many other food types). 2 minute walk from: - Ball & Chain: Famous for live music and one of the best dancing spots in Miami. - Old Havana: Best Mojitos in Miami, trust us. - El Santo: Great Mexican Food. - Azucar: Famous Ice Cream Parlor with Latin flavors - Viernes Culturales: Festival in Calle Ocho every third Friday of the Month. - Lung Yai Thai Tapas: Best Thai Food Spot in Miami. - Starbucks & McDonalds both with Cuban Inspired Decor. Private gated home with motorized gates .The driveway fits 3 cars. There is also plenty of street parking in front of the house and neighboring streets. Crib and stroller included. **We DO NOT allow parties at our home, and quiet hours begin after 10pm outside. All other times, we ask that you keep it at a reasonable level.**

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday with a large group of friends at Jim’s place. It was super easy to get around Miami - the location is perfect, right on Calle Ocho! As former Miamians it was great to be able to show our friends around so easily. The place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor kitchen were awesome and there was plenty of room for everyone. Jim was responsive and kind. I highly recommend Jim’s place for a large group!
I booked the Havana House for my sister’s bachelorette party and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Everything about our stay at the Havana House exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures made our experience truly unforgettable. The communication was great! Jim was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel valued and well taken care of even before our arrival. We were blown away by its immaculate cleanliness, extremely comfortable beds, well stocked, location can’t be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Jim we cannot thank you enough!
Jims place is an amazing property for a weekend in Miami. Everything was spotless and perfectly appointed. Highly recommend to anyone looking to experience the Magic City!

If you are lucky enough to stay at one of Jim’s properties, DO IT!!!! He and his co-host greatly exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful for all of Jim’s help. This place was a gem and I wish I could go back every weekend! Jim is one hell of a host and he sure does a fantastic job!!!!

Havana House is nestled in the Little Havana neighborhood and is steps away from Historic Calle Ocho. Less than a 1 minute walk to Miami famous Bars and Restaurants including: Ball & Chain, El Santo, Old Havana, the Cuban Memorable, Azucar and many others. Brickell is a 3 to 5 minute Uber ride away. Wynwood, Design District, Coconut Grove, and Key Biscayne are about a 5-8 min. drive from the house. Miami Beach is only a 10-15min drive away.
There’s parking at the house if you have your own car(s), however, this location is centrally located & It is encouraged to do ride sharing or Uber.
