300m from the port and the bus terminal, the loction is perfect. This 1 bedroom apartment is set on the ground floor of the house with its own private entrance and private terrace. Inside; a warm living space, bathroom and kitchen. It is 60 sqm. The apartment is set on the ground floor of a stone house with a private entrance and terrace. It is surrounded with a large garden which gives you the feeling that you are in a village and not in the center of the city. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and a garden seating area, it has 1 bedroom, a living room and bathroom with hairdryer, towels and free toiletries. Guests will have access (for free) to: easy to use conditioning, a flat-screen TV, satellite channel, WiFi, electric kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, towels and linen. If you are thinking of hiring a car and you are concerned about parking, we have, 200 meters from our appartment public parking at your leisure, you can pay hourly or for a daily ticket. We can even organise you transport from airport for an extra but fair cost.

The place is really conviniently placed for both -> beaches and the old town od Dubrovnik. Also Ivana and her husband are really nice and they will help you if necessary.

Amazing stay. It is about a 30 min walk to the old town area - but the walk is really nice and not hard at all. You get to walk next to a panoramic view of the city, which I found really pleasing. I didn't feel the need to take the bus, if you don't mind walking it's great. The house is close to some ports, if you want to go to Krocula / Split, it is ideal - like a 3 min walk. The place was as expected, Ivana was next door and is willing to help out with anything you might need. Washing machine, hair drier, a small iron, Netflix - so I did watch some Rick and Morty which was pretty cool, has a really cool place outside to sit read a book. Again would def. recommend, and many thanks for everything!! Dubrovnik is such a beautiful city.

Ivana et sa famille sont très accueillantes, chaleureuses et bienveillantes. Toujours à l'écoute de nos demandes ou questions elle a su nous apporter des réponses précises rapidement. L'appartement est idéalement situé et très agréable à vivre, dans la tranquillité tout en étant proche de la ville. Je vous le recommande.

18km away from Dubrovnik Airport you are a stones throw away from where everything happens.
The property is 300 meters from the port where every day up to 4 big cruise liners can dock. Ferries, taking guests to Korčula Island or Mljet, can be found there, which are major attractions in summer time, mainly for the beautiful crossing and stunning beaches. There is a grocery store, a traditional croatian market , restaurants and cafes in 300 meter range.
1.8 km away is Lapad Bay, with a Lido for children and it is an animal friendly beach. Running alongside is a ‘woodland walk,’ which is perfect for an after lunch stretch.
Also within arms reach is the UNESCO-protected Old Town. With various beaches, restaurants, nightlife, bars and shops, it’s a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from property. Taxis run regularly throughout the day and night or there is a bus station 200 meters away, with a bus passing frequently and less than a 10 minute ride to the old town or lapad bay.
If you are just passing through and looking for a brief visit there is a bus terminal located 1 km from the property. These buses can take you a 3 hour drive away to Split or even further to some parts of Italy. Bus prices are reasonable and why not break up your journey by stopping here first?

I am a friendly, kind, enthusiastic Mum of 2 children. We are a traditional Croatian family who love the outdoors. Come rain or shine Dubrovnik is a beautiful place where activities with the children are always enjoyed. My husband Domagoj loves to fish, when he isn't fishing we are all around work and the children. We live in a beautiful home, which offers a comfortable and warm environment for guests of all ages. I am looking forward to giving people a taste of Dubrovnik. Situated right in the town it is the perfect location for any tourist. My typical weekend in Dubrovnik when the sun is shining is to visit the beach. The children love the water and so does my husband. With the amount of beauty this Country has to offer, it is very rare that we will travel outside of Croatia. We are both from a close nit family so weekends are very precious. As a host I can offer you a warm and comfortable stay. I will do my very best to ensure you leave satisfied and happy. My motto is to always treat people how you would expect to be treated and that has served me well so far. Our home is spacious with everything you will need....all you need to do is enjoy. We will be in the appartment next door which ensure any queries or questions would be answered straight away.
