Bill's place had everything we needed to spend three comfortable days in the Buffalo area. Tips for the shower: The hot water is to the right, pull the handle out to turn it on, and test before getting in (it gets hot fast). Thanks again, Bill!

Bill’s place was the perfect place to stay! It was quiet, in a nice neighborhood, and was very clean. We were very busy while there and wished we had time to enjoy the nice deck out back. Place was very clean, quiet, and very comfortable! Will definitely be trying to staying there again when we travel to Buffalo! Thank you so much for such a wonderful place!

Bill graciously allowed us to get into the house couple of hours earlier than check-in time of 3 pm. House was very clean with all needed kitchenware. Place was in a quiet and picturesque area and close to town. Bill responded promptly for any questions we had. It was a great stay.

Stayed for a weekend with my two kids for a Bills game and this place was everything we needed. Super clean and comfortable. Beautiful suburban neighborhood and property
