It was okay, but I don’t feel like the price of £200 a night is worth it. I’d probably pay £180. Chelsea is a prime location, but this is verging on Victoria/Pimlico. The blocks lift didn’t work, and the lock to the door would take me 10 - 15 minutes to open. I don’t know if I’d stay again just for that faff. The bathroom light also didn’t work. The host asks that you return the keys to the lockbox, which is a few minutes away from the flat. If you’re catching a cab, you have to walk past where they would stop and it is a bit of a faff. I also felt like the host could communicate better, the writing style isn’t very welcoming.

Hugo was a great host and always on hand. The apartment was very clean and I felt comfortable. The London view from the Living room and Bedroom is great as well m, especially at night. I’d definitely book again when in town.
We enjoyed the stay but cleanliness issue not responded to despite offering photo evidence.
Good stay. Would recommend to other Guests.
