This place was exactly what we were looking for in a girl’s weekend! We wanted a place that was outside of the busy parts of Colorado Springs but still accessible to what we needed (activities, coffee, cute places to eat). More than spacious (we had 2 adults and 1 infant and never felt crowded). Colorado Springs has changed a lot in the past 10+ years but Shelley’s place reminded me of what it used to be, a slower paced, quiet, country town.

We came down for a wedding and fell in love with the Pine Cone Cabin. Cute, very clean and quiet. Shelley and Phil are wonderful hosts. We loved the fresh eggs and goodies left for our first morning.

Pinecone Cottage is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Check in went smooth and we were pleasantly surprised to find yummy muffins, fresh eggs and a cute little welcome note. Everything was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. We were very grateful to have a quiet and peaceful place to stay for the week.

We had such a blast staying here! All the pictures were up-to-date and everything was in pristine condition. We really liked how secluded the cottage was, so everything was so quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and helped out me and my friends when we were stuck in the snow :). It’s about a half hour drive to Manitou Springs and other hot spot attractions, but we planned out our day-to-day so we wouldn’t have to go back and forth from the cottage. Overall, we had such a fun experience and definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in staying here!
