Mia’s place was the perfect base for our time in Hamilton. It was very close to Chartwell Shopping Centre which meant there was easy access to a Woolworths, various coffee shops, and a food hall. The house is older but it has been tastefully redecorated. Each of the bedrooms has its own style and a myriad of gorgeous throw pillows. The central heating is very effective. There is an expansive deck with great lighting which I imagine would be amazing over summer. Mia was a great host - clear communication and quick response times.

Mia’s place was amazing for two families of us - with each room a queen or king. It is one of the rare places we would consider value for money! It is walking distance to a mall and close to Hamilton Central and Hamilton Gardens. A good place for us to chill and relax after being out and about.

This is a beautifully presented home. Close walking distance to a shopping centre and library. Spacious rooms stylishly decorated and well equipped. Highly recommended as a surprisingly quiet place to stay - easy drive to visit Hamilton Gardens and Lake Rotaroa which we loved.

Nice house, all the beds were fairly comfortable, nice large deck to enjoy the sun outside. Could have done with a few more kitchen utensils/pots & pans and a coffee plunger. Would have been nice to have some milk on arrival and some proper coffee, but at least the supermarket is very close by. It’s a tidy home and very convenient to the mall. Also nice and quiet.
