Our one month stay in Elizabeth's house was delightful. The house was spacious, well-decorated, and made us feel cozy. As it's located closed to the Greenbelt, we enjoyed walking/jogging to nearby parks. With a convenient access to the pool next door, we made use of it several times. In term of food and restaurants, a shopping plaza with Safeway was only a few minutes away with a car or about 15 minutes walking. The mattress in a small room was not in its perfect condition, but it's comfy enough for us. The bigger bed was squeaky quite a bit when someone climbed up or down (not sure if it's the mattress or the box). Elizabeth was always responsive. We had a problem with the kitchen sink, and she sent a professional plumber to deal with it the very next day.
Just fyi it’s 900 sq feet. Ants were a huge problem. We stayed 6 1/2 weeks and took 6 weeks to final I think to get rid of them. Owner was aware, promised to address it but never did. Hot water heater pilot went out 4 times in 6 weeks. Plumber was there 3 times, once to replace kitchen faucet that leaked profusely. Bed squeaks really bad with every move. The place needs some things addressed and then it could be a nice stay.
This updated home is very quiet. The kitchen has all new appliances. Elizabeth responds promptly to any questions or concerns.
Great place to stay while looking for a house. Elizabeth was fantastic.
