We had a lovely time and he was always responsive to any of our requests. We chose the room from a choice of 2 and was very pleased with it, especially as it had a washing machine which is very important for a 6 week holiday. Our cleaner Sumni was thorough and had a lovely smile. A fresh coat of paint would improve the accommodation even more.

Karma Royal Palms is a good budget option in Bennaulim. It is situated right in the market area and around one kilometre from beach. Rooms and swimming pool were clean and in good condition. Hemant, the host of this property is friendly and at times unpredictable and unprofessional. On the first day he was was very cooperative but on the second day he asked us that we might need to vacate the room as he got some foreigner client for long duration. He ensured us that he shall shift us in another room but just didn’t arrive the whole day. Also even after promising and taking charges he didn’t drop us at railway station. We were not angry but disappointed with his change in attitude for no reason.

We will Definitely return for a pool side break. The host was Extremely accommodating. A definite value for money and perfect stay.
