First off a first time AirBnB so I was not aware that I had to notify of how many guests since I was renting a "house". It would have been nice to know the property was still a home that is actively being lived in. The fridge/freezer had items in both so didn't want to use. Couldn't put up water or cold items in because I didn't want to use someone's fridge. A whole rack of shoes in the living room. One bedroom was locked so we felt unsafe at the location. Ended up having to get an air mattess for. One bedroom also had an air mattress instead of a bed. No instructions left for wifi access. No extra papertowels. No coffee pot for access. A key to carry around and not a lot box as I have been told most use for convenience. No instructions on how to use the TV/channels. Although I only reserved for 1 guest, thank goodness 2 other friends came to stay with me. I would not have felt safe at this location. All this should be disclosed to someone renting.

Worked perfectly for three friends and me who needed a place to stay one night for a Carolina home game. Joseph was a very responsive host.
