A very spacious apartment in a nice part of town. Communication with Laurens was super easy. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed.

We got a nice welcome and introduction when we arrived. The place was nice, clean and modern. The place is I. Walking distance to the centre of the city and close to nice restaurants. I can warmly recommend this place.

My family (2 adults and 6 y/o twin boys) had a great 3 night stay at the apartment. Laurens was very responsive and friendly. We met on arrival and he showed us how to get in/out of the building etc. The apartment is clean, bright, modern and spacious, fully equipped kitchen, great dining and living area. Beds are comfy and linens etc provided. A bottle of wine was left for us as a welcome gift which was a very nice touch too! Lots of restaurants, the Cube Houses and indoor food market are all walkable, as well as two local supermarkets. Only thing to note for families with young/very young children is the stairs are steep to the bedrooms. I also forget my hairdryer and there is not one at the apartment (my fault entirely!). I would recommend Laurens apartment - we had a great stay!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in Rotterdam. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Er hat uns tolle Ideen für Amsterdam gegeben. Unterkunft sehr sauber, so wie man es sich wünscht für einen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür. Der Preis war in Ordnung, wenn man bedenkt dass man dafür drei Schlafzimmer bekommt. Wir waren mit unseren zwei erwachsenen Kinder da, dafür war das optimal. Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles ausreichend und sauber vorhanden.
