This lovely ranch house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 sets of laundry, 2 fully stocked gourmet kitchen, 1 dining area, 1 breakfast nook, and a private outdoor sitting area. It is comfortably host up to 10 people. Bedroom1: -2 twin beds and 1 futon sofa which easily converts to a twin bed with a storage ottoman where you can find extra bedding for the futon bed as you need. -65 inches smart TV - A tall dresser with plenty room -Dedicate working desk and chair Bedroom2: - king Size bed with comfortable pillowtop mattress - Large Closet - Smart TV - full size baby crib - reading chair Bedroom3: - king size bed with comfortable pillowtop mattress, - Smart Tv - Dedicated working desk. - Cozy reading chair/area. - Dresser Living Room: -2 comfortable daybed. -65 inches Smart TV -Books -Board games -Comfortable Couch which easily turns to twin size bed (extra pillows/ sheets/blanket are inside the ottoman) Kitchen1 and Dining Area: - full size Fridge, Dishwasher, electric stove, and Microwave - Additional appliances include dripping coffee maker, rice maker, Toaster, Crock Pot, - Pots, pans, plates, cups, and cooking utensils - Fully stocked with cooking oil, herbs and spices, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar. Great golf trip with the boys. Great location, walked to a number of restaurants and bars. the house was clean and comfortable. Safe part of town.
Nice house. We liked the back porch to relax. Very near a lot of great restaurants and bars. The house is split up between two apartment-like places, upstairs and downstairs, with keypad locks on every door. The locks are great for safety but were kind of annoying when going in-between the two apartments. Those in our group on the front side of the house complained of the street noise, cars and people, well into the night. The house is joined to the house next door, so when a domestic situation arose from the college folks next door well after 11pm, although somewhat entertaining, it was quite annoying. The king beds were comfortable. The alley parking was great. There does seem to be a need for attention to detail. Very few wall outlets and lighting. Some walls still have plaster or spackle on them from holes, I assume, and not painted. It can be a really nice setup with a little work. The hosts were great! Not too much communication, but just enough, for me.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was in a great location with private parking spots. Very nice not to have to find street parking. It was very clean and the hosts were communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
Every year, my family and I have a first cousins trip and we stayed in Richmond Va , which is my hometown. This house was very spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay. I had family from Texas, Delaware and Maryland to come and they stayed at the house also. Thanks!
