Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island is requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community.
