This 1-bedroom (plus pull-out couch), 1-bathroom guest house is ideally located less than a mile from the hip Kittery Foreside and less than two miles from bustling downtown Portsmouth, NH. Our space is modern, clean, gets plenty of sunlight, and is tastefully decorated with local artwork. The fully equipped kitchen provides a culinary haven for those who love to cook with brand new appliances. The bathroom is newly renovated.

Tammy was a great host, even on hand to talk me through wifi connection in the evening when I couldnt find the details. the home was immaculate and ideally situated within walking distance from local amenities. It was a wonderful stay.

Our home is a "stone's throw" to all that the seacoast has to offer.
We are steps away from Rogers Park (1+ miles of hiking trails on the edge of Spruce Creek).
We are within walking distance to Tributary Brewing Company (.5 miles) and downtown Kittery for local shopping and some of the best food/drink on the seacoast. A quick trip over the bridge brings you to the historic seaport town of Portsmouth, NH (all walkable, 2 miles) for even more shops, restaurants, and activities.
The Kittery Community Center is next-door for access to a playground, indoor gym, walking track, and basketball court.
