Janice’s space was WONDERFUL! I needed a peaceful place to stay while traveling for a wedding. When I arrived, the space was well-lit, easy to check into, and welcoming (down to sweet table settings with chocolates and calm music playing on the tv). The place was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and felt very safe. I would DEFINITELY stay here again should I visit Portsmouth at another time. Thank you, Jan!

Janice’s place was perfect for our stay in Portsmouth. It had all the benefits of being in a quiet neighborhood, while also being a super short drive to downtown as well as groceries and shopping. Everything was clean, the bed was one of theist comfortable ones I’ve had at an airbnb, and the kitchen was very well equipped. I’d be happy to stay there again anytime.

We had a great stay at Janice’s suite. We were welcomed with some nice music playing and were provided with everything we could need down to a noise machine! Far enough from downtown to be peaceful but close enough for a nice walk to all the action. We would definitely stay again!

Janice's AirBNB was spotless. This feels like how airBNB used to be. She was responsive and everything was useable. The location is close to downtown Portsmouth where you could walk the mile if you wanted to. It was all so clean and tidy. We really enjoyed ourselves.
