Welcome to Bower on Bowman, our cozy and comfortable tiny home located on the picturesque Bowman River near the towns of Barrington and Gloucester in NSW. Nestled at the footsteps of Barrington Tops, Gloucester Tops, and Copeland Tops National Parks, our tiny home offers a perfect getaway to reconnect with nature and experience the rich heritage of the area. Our tiny home is composed of one separate bedroom, a well appointed kitchen and a bathroom, including an outside bath, all with hot water. Set on 14 acres , the tiny house is nestled in the trees along the waters edge. After you wake up to the sounds of the rapids, there is so much to do or you could do nothing at all! Cool off in a swimming hole or take a short walk up the hill to our dams and viewing platform. You can sit amongst the gum trees on the hillside to take in the picture perfect sunrise or sunset. Bellbirds serenade your arrival and become the sound track to your view along the valley between the mountains which changes every hour as the light bounces off this sparsely populated area of natural beauty. We have a bbq for outdoor cooking or kitchen facilities inside. You can enjoy eating on the deck or venture to our river platform to feel part of the tree lined river bank, a great place for breakfast or a cuppa. Watch the gentle rapids, listen to the birds or watch Fatso the kookaburra looking for his next meal. Our local Wallabies may also pop by in the early morning or early evenings to feed.

This was a perfect spot to unwind, read lots of books and enjoy the sound of the creek, a few cows and maybe a Guinea fowl across the creek. We had great weather but I think it would be perfect anytime of year. A lovely set up with chairs to sit by the creek and have coffee. We close to ignore the wifi until we wanted to check a map which made us feel unplugged from everything. Comfortable bed, great functional cooking and pleasant shower with great hot water and water pressure. We would highly recommend.
Rob and Cath’s Tiny home was very enjoyable for my partner and I. It’s the perfect weekend escape for anyone that likes peace and quiet. There is plenty of settings to relax, the fire by the creek being our personal favourite. Thanks again guys for being awesome hosts!
Lovely location, very private, and plenty to do just by exploring the property. Easy check in, with generous check in/check out time, and responsive hosts who checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed!
A beautiful tiny home in a beautiful location. The facilities in the tiny home were great and it had everything you could want. The outdoor bath was a real highlight as well as waking up to the wallabies roaming around outside. It did feel far way from the closest town Gloucester and there is another tiny home only 100m from you tiny home. The toilet was outside the main house which was annoying to go to in the middle of the night but over all not a big deal. We loved our stay!
We loved staying here, it is such a beautiful location, very peaceful and relaxing! Rob and Cath had everything you could think of. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again.

There is so much to do and see surrounding Bower on Bowman. The idea is for you to just relax on the property, swim, walk, take a bath and be a part of nature, with the birds, wallabies and lots of local wildlife to keep you company. However there is lots more, if you like high energy activities such as mountain biking, rock climbing or kayaking. You have access to these activities locally, you also have all levels of hiking close by in Barrington Tops, Gloucester Tops or Copeland Tops. We have local sights worth discovering like the old gold mine and glow worm tours, wineries and The Ark nature reserve open to learn more about rehabilitating the Tassie Devil population . Markets, wineries and a little shopping is also fun and the local towns are wonderful to explore. Check out the tourist information centre as you go through Gloucester or search online.
Parking next to Bower on Bowman is easy. You can also opt for undercover parking in the carport.
We recommend you use the road only as the grounds can be boggy when wet.
