As soon as you step inside 6 Courtyard Barn, you'll be greeted by a charming and elegant interior. The property has been decorated and furnished to a high standard, with a spacious sitting room, comfortable sofas and a wood burning stove to keep you warm during the colder months. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal for the whole group. Four comfortable bedrooms, one being on the ground floor and three on the first floor, all with Juliet balconies, have been prepared with your comfort in mind, with a range of beds to suit various needs within any group. Three modern bathrooms serve the bedrooms, one of which features a large bath. Outside, the rear garden is enclosed and offers peaceful views over the pastures and farmland that borders the village. A patio area provides space for outside dining, giving way to a well kept lawn. In front of the property, you have parking for three cars, with one further space a short walk away in a carport. Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Travel cot, highchair and stair gate are available (please request at point of booking. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot). Duvets are feather filled, and pillows a mix of anti-allergy and feather. Charcoal barbecue. Please bring your own pods for the Nespresso coffee machine (standard size).

Docking is a large village with an excellent Spar shop (with late opening hours) and pub The Railway Inn, which serves local ales and food. There is also a fish and chip shop and a great playground and playing fields for the children. The local lanes close to the property are very quiet, so cycling through the poppy fields in the summer months is a lovely activity. Only five minutes by car is an intersection with the famous Peddars Way walking route, which runs all the way from the Norfolk coast path to Suffolk, lined with many lovely pubs along the way!
For gastro-dining, head to The Duck Inn, just a five minute drive away in nearby Stanhoe, where you can enjoy some of the finest food at this award-winning establishment.
6 Courtyard Barn is a very short drive from the coast and is ideally situated to access the beaches at Brancaster, Holme-next-the-Sea and Thornham.
Norfolk Lavender, Sandringham House and Houghton Hall are all close by, as is gorgeous Burnham Market, known for shopping in its stylish boutiques and lifestyle shops. Be sure to pop in to The Hoste, Norfolk's renowned hotel and restaurant, and dine in the walled garden or try one of the other numerous restaurants that now make this pretty Georgian village so popular.
RSPB bird and wildlife reserves at Titchwell and Sandringham are also close by, and a visit Holkham's beach, house and parkland is an absolute must.
If golf is your thing, then head to the renowned Royal West Norfolk Golf Club in Brancaster - it's exclusive, so make sure you book in advance!
