Wonderful place to stay. Clean and modern, spacious, and well equipped. Located close to many restaurants, grocery, metro stations, and in a safe neighborhood. Quiet at night, especially since bedroom is facing away from the street. Toussaint was very helpful in answering any questions. Highly recommend without hesitation !

This is my 6th stay in a furnished apartment in Paris, and this was certainly the best place I have ever stayed: the apartment is newly renovated, centrally located, well furnished. Although it is on a great, busy street (lots of restaurants and theatres), the open plan kitchen/living room can be noisy when the windows are open, but the bedroom is very quiet: none of the hustle and bustle of the street can be heard. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. I had two visitors over one weekend, which is fine for a short stay. The sofa bed is comfortable and spacious. There are 4 different metro lines, Montparnasse train station and several bus stops nearby. It is very easy to get to any place in Paris. Be it La Defense, the main sights, everything can be reached in 30-45 minutes or less. Walking or biking is also a great way to get around. Toussaint is very attentive and wants to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
