Logement très bien situé, facile d’accès, confortable et propre.
Deux qualités à l'appartement : son emplacement proche gare et les draps/serviettes de qualité. Le reste est horrible : pas d'isolation avec l'extérieur (le samedi soir c'est l'enfer), le matelas est creusé, l'état général est vétuste et il est très mal équipé (même pas une passoire pour cuire des pâtes), le balcon minuscule, glauqeu et à mille lieux de "l'oasis" décrit dans l'annonce. Le comble, c'est que la 2e chambre mentionnée à plusieurs reprises dans la description n'en est pas une, c'est une alcove avec le lit superposé, sans éclairage et qui donne directement dans la pièce à vivre séparée par un rideau.
Great place, Great location, Spotless! But The elevator wasn’t working and the apartment is in the 7th floor. Also the intercom wasn’t working so if someone visit I should come all the way down to open the doors. And last I paid a deposit outside the Airbnb, it’s mandatory. (Very stressful) Still waiting for the refund. I took pictures of everything in the apartment to protect my self and get the deposit back. (Still waiting)
Elevator didn't work and we had to wait over an hour for them to locate the right keys to the stairwell so that we could go up 7 flights of stairs with luggage. Definitely not ideal. We were already 1hr late to arrive due to delays so really, it took over 2hr to bring us the right key. Sofa bed was broken, a dining chair was broken, shower head holder was broken. Not huge issues, but after the long delay getting in and a tiring stair climb with heavy luggage it really wasn't what we would have hoped for. Plenty of eating utensils and plates, glasses, cups etc, but no actual cooking utensils even though enough pots and pans. Just FYI, no cooking oil, no herbs and spices, only salt and pepper. Location is very good. Close to metro, mall, supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Management company was friendly and professional.
Logement parfait avec 3 enfants. Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Le quartier est vivant et très central pour Paris.
