This place was fantastic location & had everything you would expect in a rental, although apartment was clean there was evidence that some things were overlooked, but nothing major, parts of apartment are a little tired & needing a little bit of tlc, toilet handle loose, main door a bit difficult & stiff, bedroom with en suite needs a mirror!! there is a mirror in the actual en suite but no way could it be used for hairdrying or styling as no sockets close enough for a hairdryer or styling products to reach it , Beds firm but very comfortable , WiFi very poor, it showed connection but would not even load emails for reading , not sure the on street parking description on the listing is entirely correct, but there is a car park opposite the building if you are lucky enough to get a space, we enjoyed our stay would recommend this place for a fantastic base to explore

Location was great, but some things could use some work. WiFi wasn’t working and the lever to the toilet was broken (had to manually pull it from within the tank). Some more info regarding the place would have been helpful also like the water heater timer. Be quick with your showers!

We had an Airbnb fall through, within minutes we were able to book Malcolm’s place. He responded very quickly, and check in was easy. We had a good stay. Thanks again.

We were told there was a delay in cleaning the unit. Upon arrival (2 hours past the checkin time) it still had not been cleaned. Dirty beds, bathrooms and linens. Malcolm was responsive when I messaged him and sent photos. We had to wait another 90mins (sitting at a restaurant) for someone to clean the unit. So we did not get in to the place until almost 4 hours past check in time. He was apologetic but it was a negative way to start our vacation. There were no extra towels (only one per person) and the second washroom had a bath mat instead of a hand towel. Only 1 hand towel for 2 washrooms. I messaged him again and he dropped off extra towels a few hours later. The towel rack fell off the wall in the bathroom. I reattached it to the wall and informed him. He asked to look at it when dropping off towels. I never heard back from him about the rack. The unit is okay, we had a less than great start. It’s a great area, very walkable and access to restaurants and waterfront.
