Overall our stay was positive. Very good communication, the local employee is always available and responds immediately. But the water pump was near the bedroom and made noise at night. The washing machine had a leak. The electric kettle had nowhere to plug in. There was no drinking water provided in the fridge, we arrived late at night after a 18 hours journey. Good thing Alex - the local staff gave us 2 bottles of his water.

This is my go to every time I frequent Accra. Love Mrs. Eva and Alex!! They are quick to take action and always willing to provide assistance.

the property was clean, my booking was for two bedrooms but,I was given 3 bedrooms. Alex was responsive and friendly. security is top notch, areas is few minutes drive to Oxford Street in Osu. the lack of sockets in the property was disappointing. For instance, the main bedroom upstairs had only one old British style socket, and it was hidden behind the dresser. that was the only socket in my room. I had to use an adapter and charge my phone in the adjacent room.
