Katie’s place was beautiful and SPOTLESS! Kudos to her cleaning crew! I have stayed in close to 40 AirBnBs and I would rate this place as one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. But that’s not the only thing great about this place. The location was easy walking to the CBD and to the Merivale Mall area. The decor is beautiful and the house was well stocked with anything you could need. I like to cook, and found everything I needed to prepare meals at the house. The linens were top notch, and I believe professionally laundered and the beds were very comfortable. When you’re in the kitchen/living room area you can open up the patio doors and let the fresh air in. It was bright and airy and with the fence around the property it felt very private. There is a Fresh Choice Market just a couple of blocks away along with several restaurants. I can not think of a single complaint, or anything I would change. I know on our next visit to Christchurch I’ll be looking to book this property again.
