Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quiet condo close to downtown, IU campus, Switchyard Park and B-line trail, Bryan Park, Bloomington South High School and College Mall. Walking distance to Switchyard and Bryan Park.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Extremely pleasant place to stay.
Space was very clean, area not too far from campus!
The place was exactly as described and the perfect location for us - close to Kroger grocery store, downtown, IU etc. (I didn't realize there would be people above us but they were quiet when the quiet hours kicked in.) It felt cozy and clean and I took about 30 photos and videos of the two deer who live in the backyard. Backyard and patio were very peaceful to look at.
This was a great place for us to view the total solar eclipse! It was super clean and very comfortable. Cathy was a very responsive and proactive host. She gave good instructions to find the door on the side of the building. If you plan on cooking a specific thing, check in advance with Cathy to see if the place has what you need, beyond the basics. While we weren’t there to visit the University, it was close by and there were nice walks in this quiet, suburban setting.
Great place to stay in a nice neighborhood!
