Lovely setting next to a park! Great host and great space (indoor & outdoor)!

The house exceeded expectations and was perfect for our family! The location was right near a park with walking paths, a playground and a creek (perfect for our toddlers to throw stones in). The house was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We had all we needed to make great family meals and to comfortably lounge and chat. We were in town for the eclipse so the price matched the event and was well worth it for our family. Bruce is a great host. He communicated well and was clear with his expectations for house rules - which are all reasonable. Bruce was flexible with our requests and responsive to any questions. It was a family gathering and we were able to invite my sister’s family to supper. My grandsons loved the toys which were available to play with and - did I mention the fabulous park steps from the house. I would definitely return. Thanks Bruce!!

We had a wonderful time at this charming home. This place had loads of personality and gracious living spaces. This was a family gathering of three generations, so having the dining room allowed us to really come together for what felt like a holiday meal. Great bonus, luckily my daughter loves to cook. The park setting was AMAZING, Very scenic walking or biking on the hiking trails . We used the basketball court too. Lots for kids of all ages to do…. (Even teens). We brought things like a basketball, kickball and bocce ball set. There was plenty of space in the park or yard for all of that. All the amenities close by. Restaurants, shopping, movies, more trails to explore (the b-line), etc. Never drove more than 15 minutes to get to anything. Would rent this place again.

This house I absolutely amazing, everything about it is wonderful the host is amazing and always available, absolute best place me and my family have ever stayed in the price was worth every penny. parks real close by as well and the trails are awsome
