Elvir was great! This was a second rental and Airbnb was having technical issues due to an update. Airbnb wasn't able to fix the issue in a timely manner, however, Elvir was willing to work around Airbnb's mishaps so we could get the issue resolved. In support of Airbnb, although they were not able to repair the issue in time, their customer service representatives did stay on top of it and in constant communication. The technical team has some work to get done and to make sure updates work before rolling them out.

Elvir has been a great host! We actually are working on extending our stay for an additional week and possibly longer.
