My worst AirBNB experience ever. Not only were they FOUR hours late in getting me a room (I waited until 8 PM to get a room), the staff was initially very rude, like it was my fault that I was waiting. After a long trip, that is as unacceptable to a paying customer as it would be for them to not get paid the full amount from a customer. AirBNB was NOT helpful at all either. I have been using AirBNB more recently (I travel a lot), but I think this pushes me back toward traditional lodging.

Beware of checkout time 4pm. for us, they couldn't even give us keys till 4.45pm and worse yet, front desk folks had no consideration for it. When asked what time we will get keys, standard answer was once Cleaning staff let's know know. Checkin was terrible. Rest all is great including parking (for a daily fee).

Great spot, but just a note for kitchen users that there isn't so much as salt or pepper to aid in any food prep but we did appreciate the coffee, brought our own cream!

Immaculate, walkable, luxurious, convenient! Purchased a two bedroom for one night and we were impressed with the service, amenities, and cleanliness. Everything is modern. Wifi connection was strong and easy to connect to. In a very walkable and quiet area. Would stay here again! You get what you pay for.
