We had a wonderful stay at the Zoominn. Kamram was a most affable, considerate host. He took time to chat with us and to give us a tour of his restaurant and grounds. The Zoominn is an extraordinary place, truly grand with exquisitely cut marble everywhere. The bedroom and bath were upstairs. They were clean, well kept and in superb condition. As a note, there was indeed a lock on the bedroom door. The beds were most comfortable. It was very quiet. We were asked what we wanted for breakfast. It was excellent and there was more than we could eat. We also had dinner at the restaurant. That was a superb experience. The Indian-Pakistani cuisine was delicious and a unique addition to our stay there. We highly recommend the Zoominn and we look forward to the opportunity to return.

Kamran's Airbnb at ZoomInn Restaurant was very clean, organized, and matched the description listed on the Airbnb website. There is a lock on the bedroom door for privacy and keeping your luggage secure. The apartment is above the restaurant, and very comfortable to live in. I was able to park my car at the parking lot and there is plenty of space for parking. Kamran also had breakfast ready with coffee or tea in the morning for you and always made sure that my stay was going well. Kamran provided a menu where I could order food for dinner, which was freshly prepared from his kitchen and tasted great with high quality ingredients. Kamran is a very kind host and his restaurant looks amazing, and I'm glad that I had a chance to see it. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb at the ZoomInn Restaurant.

Everything seemed recently renovated and quite clean. Kamran is a friendly host! There are a few things that could be improved though. Like actually making the TV operational. Except for the relative proximity to Niagara Falls there is not that much to do in Dunnville.

A 100% recommended place, the owner is a very kind and attentive person, my family and I rested very well and had a delicious breakfast, I will definitely return with my family with more time.
