Cozy and spacious apartment, very bright and equipped with all the comforts to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a balcony. Located just 100 meters from the beach, the accommodation is located in the eastern area of Salerno, quiet but at the same time fully equipped with shops and all services for a comfortable stay, including pharmacy, restaurants and post office. Pastena station is just 650 meters away. The 140 mq apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (there are 4 steps to reach it) and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven - Living room with double sofa bed, split A/C and TV - Bedroom I with double bed, split A/C, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (1 step to access it) equipped with wc, bidet and shower box - Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe and desk - Bedroom II with two single bunk beds, wardrobe and two desks - Toilet II with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower (1 step to access it) - Toilet III (1 step to access it) with wc and shower box - Balcony. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Excelente departamento, mejor que lo que muestran las fotos. Muy amplio, comodo y muy bien ubicado. Ampliamente recomendable
La casa è grande e ben servita nei dintorni: bar,pizzerie,negozi,ecc... Nient' altro. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi: i piumini erano evidentemente macchiati e strappati,anche se il giorno dopo ne hanno portati altri puliti. I condizionatori e i riscaldamenti non erano funzionanti. Il divano letto non è adatto a 2 adulti, perché troppo piccolo e ci è stato consigliato di usare il divano in alternativa. Ci siamo ritrovati il padrone di casa all'interno senza nessun preavviso. Il signore è entrato dentro con le sue chiavi senza neanche bussare,visto che il campanello non funziona. Le porte dei bagni tutte sprovviste di chiave e lo scarico di una doccia intasato da capelli. Spero prendiate atto di queste informazioni per migliorare i vostri servizi, perché la casa in sé è bella ed ha un buon potenziale.
We stayed in this massive apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living area is very spacious as well. The kitchen has everything as well. There was a bit of maintenance issue in the kitchen as there was a leak and water was flooding on the kitchen floor. We reported it to the host who responded that they will repair the next day after we check out. The area is peaceful with several shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. It was also close to the beach which is nice and is Accessible by bus or taxi to Salerno Central Station.
We are so happy with our stay here! The hosts were responsive and helpful, and made check in very easy. The place itself was very clean, spacious, and walking distance to everything we needed (cafe, pharmacy, and grocery store just down the sidewalk). Thank you!
Wonderful stay, short walk to the beach, local bars and restaurants. Easy to navigate to the centre of the city from and very peaceful in the evenings.

The apartment is located in a semi-central district, just 650 meters from Pastena station, in a zone full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.
Once reached the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval old town, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city.
Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Duomo of Salerno, a simple and essential structure externally enriched with decorations and details as you approach the crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure.
Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets of Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, an evocative and ancient road that crosses the entire old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a seventeenth-century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events throughout the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in April and the renowned "Luci d'Artista" event during the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, it is worth mentioning Arechi Castle, overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- From Salerno station: with regional train to Pastena station (650 meters from the apartment) or bus line 024 with final stop "Lungomare Colombo Fatima", 100m from the flat.
- By car: street parking (free or for a fee) available near the property Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at Gran Garage Fabiola, in Via Ludovico Ametrano 17, at 60 mt from the apartment.
