Staying here has its pros and cons: + Excellent central location in old Nice, with the sea just 2 minutes away, a unique two-level layout, fully equipped kitchen and apartment, fast internet, good appliances, nearby best ice cream and markets, and friendly owner representatives. - However, there are noisy neighbors and a restaurant causing noise from early morning till midnight, no view of the sun or sky, a tricky semi-broken lock, limited hot water, an unconnected kitchen hood leading to lingering odors, and a caution for tall people about low ceilings on the second floor. An unexpected note: mobile networks barely work in old Nice, so internet communication at home is necessary.
