contacted co. prior to traveling to question validity of listing after we found that photos were exactly same as 2021 real estate sale photos, they failed to do due diligence. Electrical wiring and wall lighting hardware were antiquated , dangerous and not up to Code. House was in terrible disrepair, it was either a tear down or would cost $500k to fix and bring up to code. Dirty pool, clothes piled around pool. Mattresses on floor and they called that a bed. Water damage visible on upper floor ceiling, aka, the roof leaks. This company should be ashamed! It was so bad we were concerned with our health and safety. Too bad my real photos of the property are not allowed.

This place was amazing, big and roomy inside. We mainly sat outside and grilled and enjoyed the breathtaking view! Inside, there’s two living rooms, an eat in kitchen and a nice family dinner room. A large entrance with a staircase that leads to 4 rooms, each with a private bathroom. The pool was huge, and it exceeded our expectations. Make sure you make use of it!! We swam for a while and really enjoyed it. The house has many amenities ready to use. Shahnaz was always available when I messaged. There’s a lot of land around the house as it sits on top of a hill. The view from the backyard is beautiful! Took lots of pictures! Private and quiet area. There’s also a tennis court but we didn’t use it. Great time with great people, I would definitely book it again. Thank you!!
