The Farmhouse is a beautiful European-style building with four rooms, each opening onto the large wooden verandah that overlooks the surrounding hills. Each room (rented separately) has a TV and all the furniture in the rooms are hand-built. Linen and towel are included in the price. The rooms share a bathroom and toilet. Guests will need to climb stairs to access the rooms. There is a kettle, microwave and fridge on the shared verandah however no other cooking facilities. Wifi limited. Pilliga Pottery Creative Farmstay is a working Australian farm and also home of the famous Pilliga Pottery. Guests can get involved in daily farm activities such as feeding the farm animals, toasting marshmallows by the fire or walking any of the 40km of bushwalking tracks across the 12,000 acre farm. The Cafe is open 6 days a week from 8am - 4.00pm. Closed Wednesday. Dinner by arrangement only. Our Farm is dog friendly (Max. of 2 dogs). Please see our pet policy. Fees apply. The Pottery offers free hands on clay play as well as pottery classes which you can book online, search Pilliga Pottery workshops on the web. The farm has an in-ground swimming pool, volleyball court, playground for young children and ample room for ball sports. There is no cell-phone reception on the majority of the farm. Intermittent reception can be found on some of the bushwalking tracks. Essential Limited wifi in the cafe / courtyard. Expect a unique experience when you stay, it is truly unforgettable.
