Modern, private and secure guest room detached from the family home. Private entrance, ensuite and semi private courtyard. Close CBD and Perth's premier beaches, with easy bus access. Special verge parking for 1 vehicle only. Five minute walk to Floreat Forum Shopping and Dining Precinct and a 10min walk to Birkdale Street Cafe and Boutique Strip. Comfortable queen size bed, television, wifi, desk, iron/board, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There are no other cooking facilities. Ultra modern room and ensuite with stacking sliding doors that opens out on to a small but perfectly formed court with sunset views. The court is adjacent to the access to the main house. Underfloor heating in Winter and underfloor cooling and fan in Summer. There is space for only one vehicle.

Natalie's place and the surrounding Floreat district are just amazing! Great evening cycling to city beach and morning breakfast walk in the district.

Natalie’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had such a comfortable overnight stay in her beautiful house, in the quiet neighbourhood with gorgeous surrounds. The walking track at Perry Reserve and Bold park was so nice my partner got to enjoy a morning run around. Very close to the Floreat Forum, Scarborough and Herdsman Market. Natalie was a great host and we nice enough to indulge us with all our questions. We highly recommend and would love to return again!

Also very close by is Gold Netball Centre, UWA Sports Park, and HBF Stadium.
