Walking distance from marina, beach, coffee shops, restaurants, library, tennis courts, park, trails. Very close to light rail to downtown Seattle. Property owned by tour operator so 20 percent discount to tours; Mt Rainier, Olympic, Snoqualmie Falls and Wine, and a Grand Seattle tour. This is a split level home with a carport and front and back yard. The basement portion is my office where one or two people are doing office work. They have no access to the home portion of the house as it is locked with a keyed entry. The upstairs is the air b&b. The guests have access to the deck and yards. The back yard is fully fenced. There is some seating on the deck. There is no laundry upstairs but there is downstairs and the washer and dryer can be arranged with permission when asked- I will have to notify the office worker downstairs. In the afternoon and night it is rare for anyone to be in the office. The rooms are designed to be comfortable and clean-if anything is lacking, please let me know. There are tennis rackets in the linen closet in the hallway. There are extra blankets in the closets and 4 pillows per bed.
