It was a cute and cozy place and was relaxing while we were there. We spent most of our time in the city but were comfortable at the house. Host was very helpful and responsive and everything was seamless. We would definitely recommend and would stay again if given the opportunity.

Best stay ever in New Orleans. Loved this little house. Very nicely decorated with original art and brass musical instruments mounted on the wall. Great books about New Orleans history and a super funky record player with a great record collection. The bath was smallish but the shower was spacious and had plenty of hot water. My companion and I are both professional cooks and we appreciated the well appointed kitchen. The neighborhood felt safe. I wasn't terribly familiar with this part of town but I think I would rent in this area if I ever moved to New Orleans. Rouses Market and a Winn Dixie were very close so it wasn't a food desert like our previous Airbnb in another city. My one observation/criticism for improving the experience is I would clean up the patio area. ( I get that in Louisiana it's a never ending battle to keep ahead of grass, weeds and climbing vines.) I would definitely stay again and highly recommend Daniel's little cottage.

Daniel's place is perfect. Awesome decor in a great location. He's a great host. Had an issue with the cleaners but he made it right and everything worked out. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly please by Daniel’s listing it was super cute and eclectic. The art was amazing and the record player was very nostalgic I played Prince all night! The only thing was the listing is in close proximity to train tracks and was quite loud at times but not to the point where I was disturbed just noticeable. I enjoyed a great rest in the comfy cozy bed before my very early flight the next morning. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
