The property is nice, a bit off the beach road, on a rather unusual / mid way sort of an U turn on a road going uphill, however quite accessible। it's the only property around which makes it quite private, a bit secluded। when you step out there is nothing around and it's quite a walk till the market road। hence didn't try venturing post evening at all। the place has a small living area with a really tiny kitchen which needs an upgrade in terms of look, cutlery, set up etc। The living area upholstery & furniture could have been cleaner although there is enough to।sit around। The small bedroom & the big dorm room at the top are well।kept।and can house ३ couples। There is a nice sitting area on top , like a big balcony which is nice to sit out late in during the evening hours।।The pool is tiny but sweet, water can be cleaner & warmer - given kids they were keen but a bit hesitant due to cold water। The area around the bungalow is nice , eough to amble around with a small sitting area।

Amazing host!! Loved the serenity of the place. Although it's located at the centre/roadside, the lace was clean, quiet and private. The indoor pool was clean, the beds and the bedsheets were clean. The local homely food that cook made for us was amazing. The caretaker was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Would love to recommend to my friends and family ✌️

The property is beautiful and serene Located in a peaceful but remote location you can enjoy your time if looking for a getaway The bedrooms are well maintained and comfortable The dorm style room is the highlight of the property. The property is surrounded with kaju , mulberry and mango trees giving you farm house feel. Caretaker prepared delicious Konkani food.
