Xinye was a great host that got us into a place when we needed it. We had an impromptu booking and he was able to accommodate us and help us check in. The woods behind the house were amazing to explore and the unit was perfect for a getaway.

Although this was just a room in a house, it truly felt like our own space. Everything was clean, we had our own entrance and bathroom. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean, and there was a mini-split AC/heat unit which was perfect for adjusting to our liking. There was also a air filter/fan which served as great white noise for sleeping. We'll be traveling to Seattle regularly and will always look for this to be available. 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at Xinye’s place! He was communicative, accommodating, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and as described. Xinye really went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was perfect—a charming neighborhood with shops and cafes nearby. I highly recommend this cute Bothell place for a memorable and enjoyable experience.
