There are only 2 stairs needed to climb to enter the unit and parking during the summer months is right outside the front door! There is plenty of parking all year long in the lot adjacent to the unit. Relax on the new, plush, comfortable sofa while watching the 55 inch Smart TV or as you play board games near the warmth of the fireplace. An easy-to-use pellet stove quickly heats the home, and Smart Thermostats control radiant heat for Winter Comfort. Slide open the large, double-pane windows to allow the fresh Sierra Air to cool you down in the summer. A convenient ski storage area allows you to safely store your skis/ snowboards while the fresh powder piles up outside! The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances like a dishwasher, flat top electric stove/ oven, a microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of storage space for your groceries or supplies. Swim in the community area pool (summer months ) or relax in the jacuzzi, spa, or even play tennis. There is a Green Line bus stop located near this unit. Canyon Lodge/ The Village is 2.5 miles and Main Lodge is 8 miles away. You can easily walk to Grocery, Restaurants, Brewery, Parks and other Bus Routes. Park the car once, and free shuttles can take you anywhere you wish to go! Very nice place to stay. Spacious living room and large kitchen counter space. Heaters work well and are easy to use. The water also gets hot very quick which is convenient. One gripe with this place is that parking is kind of far. Because the unit is on the main street (where no parking is allowed), you must park around the corner.

Pros: - Value and availability during ski season - Unit is clean and plenty of space for a couple or family with 2 small children. - Bedding, linens, and towels were clean and plentiful - responsiveness and helpfulness of manager - road noise was not an issue Cons: - Almost all the cookware contains PFAS non-stick coatings. A stainless steel or cast iron pan would have been appreciated. - From what I could tell, this unit is located in the only building on the block that is only accessible by walking in the street/bike lane on Meridian Blvd. There is no dedicated footpath or way to cut through the condo complex's office or pool area to get to in and out of the unit. I would not want to bring any elderly or be pushing a stroller down such a busy street. This could easily be problematic, and frankly I don't know how the city approved the construction of such a building.
Horizons 4 Complex is conveniently located near the corner of Old Mammoth Road and Meridian Blvd. The complex features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, laundry, plentiful parking and a tennis court. The park-like setting feels like a true mountain getaway. Adventure takes place literally just outside your front door. Walk to all the hot spots or take a free shuttle to and from Mammoth Mountain. The Green Line Bus Route (closest to the home) easily whisks you to
Eagle Lodge. Other bus routes are within 1/2 mile walk. Grocery, restaurants, shopping, a coffee shop, brewery, and the new MUF center are within walking distance
The Green Line free shuttle picks up and drops off just outside your front door. The Green Line accesses Eagle Lodge for Winter Activities. Easily walk to other Bus / Shuttle Routes with 1/2 mile of your front door. The Red Line whisks you to The Village and Village Gondola or to the Main Lodge.
Walking from this condo is easy as the area is relatively flat. It’s possible to walk for groceries, a coffee shop, pizza, mexican food and a brewery in less than 10 minutes.
