All new kitchenette including mini-fridge, microwave, sink, prep area, and cabinetry. Brand new bathroom, flooring. Tv, wi fi, etc.

I’m so glad I found Brenda’s place! I was near my daughters Campus for and event, it was super clean and quiet, and I loved the decor. Being right in the center of things for my visit made this the perfect spot for both remote work and a family visit all in one. Will definitely look to hopefully get this spot again next time I visit!
Great Airbnb close to The Champagne Barn. Brenda is a great host. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet.
You will be so comfortable at either of Brenda’s homes! We have stayed at both — equally clean, comfortable and inviting. Brenda is a wonderful host — vey attentive to all the things you need and responsive to your questions. The location is wonderful — very close to the university. You can easily walk to several restaurants just around the corner — Emmitt,s, TJ’s, the Bee’s Knees, or Subway. We could not have been more pleased!
