The Property This bungalow (“Perezoso”) is located in a charming, brand-new property called “Casa Calipso” located in the quiet and elegant community of Playa Chiquita, 6 km south of Puerto Viejo. There are 3 other bungalows on property (of which 2 can also be rented separately through Airbnb) which feature a beautiful contemporary design, with a nod to the vernacular “gingerbread” Caribbean building style. These are set within a lush tropical garden with a shared 24m2 swimming pool. The pool is 1.65 mts deep, not enclosed and not suitable for non-swimmers. Children are allowed only with adult supervision. The gardens have been designed in such a way to ensure optimal privacy for each bungalow.
