At Hamilton Hoppin House Suite #5, you can look forward to a calm, inviting and memorable stay. Beautiful architecture, high ceiling, well maintained antique pieces, comfortable bed and private bathroom. Other amenities include free parking and shared common areas. All guestrooms at Hamilton Hoppin House include comforts such as premium bedding and air conditioning/heat, in addition to amenities like free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge and TV. Fireplace shown in pictures does not work !! - The Suite 5 (third floor) features a comfortable Queen bed with soft luxurious bedding to guarantee a restful sleep. The Room has a private bathroom with a shower so you can wash the stress away. - We provide bedding sheets and towels. - Amenities include wine glasses and corkscrew, mini fridge, individually controlled heat and A/C, free Wi-Fi, TV, cable, and bottled water. - Closet and dresser for your belongings, hangers, iron and ironing board. - Upper floors accessible by stairs only. NO ELEVATOR. - First floor shared common areas: 2 living rooms, dining room, laundry room. - Second floor shared common areas: sitting area, work space area. - Free shared washer and dryer on the first floor. - Enjoy the patio deck outside and backyard! - Free uncovered onsite self parking. 1 spot for each room. ATTENTION: Please DO NOT park on the street. - Please be aware that there is a caretaker living in the basement with a separate entrance. Your privacy will not be impacted. - The Hamilton Hoppin House has 8 other guestrooms, please be mindful to other guests staying in the other guestrooms. Please be polite and always respectful to other guests.

You will find everything you need for your stay less than 5 min driving.
Domino's pizza is right around the corner if you're in hurry. Simple merchant coffee is a 10 min walk from us as well for a coffee and a bite. We are surrounded by many Plazas including (shaws, dry cleaners, laundromats, pharmacies, bj's, dunkin, starbucks, salons, dollar tree, aldi, stop and shop, liquor store, etc..). Everything within 5 min driving from our house.
We are also close to Ma's Donuts, Ihop and Newport Creamery if you don't want to go to Newport for breakfast.
In Newport, our favorites are: Corner cafe and cru cafe for breakfast/brunch. Giusto, Barcino, Jo's american bistro and Benjamins for casual lunch/dinner. The Mooring, Bowen's wharf and Clarke Cooke House for a fancy dinner. Mr R for a fun experience and delicious food!
Kilwin's and Clementine's are our favorite ice cream places.
Others:
Easton's Beach, located on Memorial Boulevard at the start of the Cliff Walk, is a 3/4 mile long surf beach with a board walk.
Come relax and play in our beautiful white sand ocean beach- surf the waves, ride our beautiful 1950's carousel, visit Save the Bay Exploration Center and Aquarium, or get married in a gorgeous beach front ceremony and celebrate in our newly refurbished ballroom.
Rosie's Beach Store carries daily rentals of beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas during the peak summer season. They also carry some of those items you may have forgotten....sunscreen, towels, buckets and pails!
Seasonal public facilities include restrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, shade pavilion, playground, skate park, picnic and grill area, bike racks, first aid, carousel, an elevator and beach wheel chairs for persons with disabilities, snack bar and 2 public parking lots.
