The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The villa is close to few big houses and natura area which make it unique for walks in the morning.
The National park (protected by Natura 2000) is about 5-10' walk, but even from the house top floors one can patiently enjoy bird-watching where about 115 bird species have been observed.
It is an ideal location for exploring around the most unique of historical importance area or just spend the day at Schinias beach all day which is only 5' away.

Total distance is about 35 km from the airport. The premises are situated in a relaxing environment easily accessible by car. It is advisable to rent a car at the airport and drive along the coast of Rafina and Nea Makri.
-The village of Marathon ( 9' drive or about 8 km), has supermarkets, banks, post office and shops for the daily needs. Alternative, in walking distance there are mini-markets for daily needs and also various restaurants
-The town/small port of Nea Makri (15' drive or about 13 km) is nice for beautiful afternoon walks and nightlife where there are cinemas, restaurants, cafes, bars, and all kinds of shops to spend time
