This space is an absolute gem! It not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. Excellent communication and response. Katrina has gone to great lengths to make this space charming, warm and well-equipped with all the comforts of home. I travel over 170 days a year, and I wish they could all be this nice. I have to travel with a fan and soothing-sound machine in order to get a good night's sleep, but forgot to pack them. When I arrived to the apartment, I immediately noticed the bedroom was already equipped with all the amenities I had forgotten. It is tastefully decorated, clean, and equipped with all the devices and toiletries you need; all you will need to pack is your clothes! I especially appreciated the quality mattress and bed linens. It sits just beside the river, so the outdoor view is beautiful. This host has put in a lot of effort and so many little details to make this a warm and comfortable space a for guests. Highly recommend. I can't wait to come back.

Such a wonderful stay! As others have said, there isn’t a single detail that we missed - it was like living in a magazine. And Katrina is a wonderful and kind host. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. Having the garage to pull into was a huge bonus for our family, making loading our daughter safely and easily. We couldn’t recommend Katrina’s place more - we can’t wait to come back.

Katrina is the BEST host! She has thought of everything in this beautiful apartment. From the bathroom necessities to the sound machine in the bedroom, I cannot think of a single detail that she hasn’t included. It was so clean and cozy and I honestly felt right at home the moment I walked in. I LOVE the garage parking option and felt very safe there. I cooked in the kitchen and had everything I needed, just like at home. The bed is so comfortable, I could have slept all day! Katrina is super friendly and accommodating and wanted to make sure I had the best stay possible. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I’m ever in the area again.
