20/10 would recommend to stay at Steve’s property! There were just so many things that went great during our stay. We decided to do a food tour in LA and the location cannot get more perfect. It’s so close to everything: places to eat, things to do, malls, etc. Disneyland was so close, we were tempted to go! Even without such a great location, the house was great, private and easy to find. The pool was perfect and heated with a Jacuzzi as well. Probably the best LA property we’ve all stayed at that I would even recommend it over getting a hotel. Steve was wonderful host. Quick response and informative that made the check in and stay extremely smooth.

Steve was a great host! The house was gorgeous, comfortable and clean. We loved how up to date everything is and the master bed was so comfy. The AC needed to be restarted and Steve came right over to do it for us and was very responsive our entire stay. The pool was clean and the hot tub was a great addition. There was lots of space and having tvs in each room was definitely a plus. We would 100% stay here again!

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the property. The beds were super comfortable. Plenty of towels for our whole party (five of us), lots of space, lovely pool and hot tub. Our family really enjoyed the addition of a dart board, where many competitive games were played - great fun. The location of the property is great, lots of shops nearby and close to Newport beach area, which was fabulous. Our host was great and very responsive.
