Enjoy this entire home and its open floor plan that includes a private entrance suite with separate bedroom, bathroom and living area. The other 2 bedrooms are located above the private suite. All 3 bedrooms have king sized beds. Located 1.5 blocks from Main Street in downtown Naples, a very walkable community full of shopping, restaurants, wineries and breweries. Central to skiing (Bristol Mountain @15 mins drive / Hunt Hollow @less than 10 mins drive). Street level entrance is a private access suite sectioned off from the rest of the house with 1 bedroom (King bed), full bathroom, living area with TV and kitchenette. Access to the 2nd level of home is located up the back driveway or you can take the stairs around the side of the home. Upper level includes: 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the home for extra privacy. Both have king sized beds and French doors leading to private balconies. One of these bedrooms has a en-suite half bathroom. There is another full size bathroom located off the living room area with jack and Jill sinks. A full kitchen and laundry room are also located at the upstairs level of the home. Butcher block island bar counter top seats 2 people and a round dining room table seats 4. Huge back yard off the back bedroom includes a newly built pergola and in ground fire pit. Smoking only allowed outside of the home.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and Kayte’s place was a great fit for our needs! Just like the pictures, beautiful and very clean. Communication with Kayte was great!
Calling all Chefs!! The kitchen at this little Chalet was wonderful!!! Most Airbnb’s have awful knives… as you see I set my standards high, Lol Kayte was responsive to anything we needed and the home is beautifully renovated, quaint, & clean. 100% recommend that you stay here!
Our recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. Tucked away in a tranquil neighborhood, this hidden gem turned out to be the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. From the moment you step through the door, you will be struck by the pristine cleanliness and attention to detail - the furnishings are remarkably comfortable! It has an expansive yard that surrounds the property.... which incidentally, is within walking distance to all the shops on Main St. What sets this Airbnb apart is its distinct character. The thoughtful decor and personalized touches throughout the space create an ambiance that stands out from the standard cookie-cutter accommodations. It's evident that the host has put effort into making this place special, and it certainly paid off. Communication was seamless and they were quick to respond to any inquiries. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay.
