Exquisite apartment, fully equipped, entirely renovated by an architect in 2022, in the heart of Le Marais, between Place des Vosges and Hôtel de Ville. Haussmannian building with an elevator and a superb view of the iconic Rue des Rosiers, centrally located in Paris. 100 square meters, ideal for couples and families with children. This is my new apartment. My previous apartment, chosen by Airbnb to represent Paris in the US and the comments were : airbnb.com/h/heart-of-marais-paris L'appartement est équipé de double vitrage pour assurer la tranquillité. Parquet, cheminée, moulures de plafond, chauffage central, WIFI. Avec ses nombreuses grandes fenêtres, il est particulièrement lumineux, et donne sur la mythique rue des Rosiers. Le bâtiment est calme, bien entretenu et apprécié par les nombreux étrangers qui y ont leur deuxième maison. Au troisième étage avec ascenseur : dans un immeuble bourgeois, appartement avec une entrée desservant le salon, les chambres, la salle de bains. - GRAND SÉJOUR avec une table pour 6 personnes, canapé, coin salon, deux cheminées, TV écran plat, Wifi, parquet, 3 grandes fenêtres; - CUISINE CONTEMPORAINE LUXUEUSE DE STYLE OUVERT, entièrement équipée sans mur séparant le salon permettant de participer à la préparation des repas : réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, 3 plaques vitrocéramiques, four électrique à ventilateur, four à micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain et tous les ustensiles de cuisine modernes... - CHAMBRE DES PARENTS, parquet, avec un grand lit double et une fenêtre lumineuse faisant face à la belle et romantique rue des Rosiers. - SALLE DE BAIN LUXUEUSE avec douche à l'italienne, baignoire, double vasque, murs et sol en marbre. - GRANDE CHAMBRE, 22 m2, parquet, deux fenêtres sur cours intérieure au calme et perspective sur le musée Carnavalet, avec lit double pour les enfants. Cette chambre possède sa propre salle de bains. ACCUEIL DES VOYAGEURS : Vous avez accès à la totalité de l'appartement. ÉCHANGE AVEC LES VOYAGEURS : Je suis généralement là pour remettre les clés, et jamais très loin si nécessaire pendant le séjour. LE QUARTIER : LE MARAIS Au cœur du quartier historique de Paris. A quelques rues et quelques pas de l'appartement, vous découvrirez la Place des Vosges, le musée Picasso, le musée Carnavalet, le centre Pompidou, mais aussi de magnifiques demeures du 17ème siècle et leurs jardins. Aux portes de l'immeuble, la station de la Bastille, avec une multitude de lignes de métro et de bus et une station de taxi. À un arrêt de la gare de Lyon. À deux minutes à pied de la place Saint-Paul où se trouvent toutes les boutiques d’alimentation réputées. Si vous arrivez en avion, prenez le RER B et descendez à la station «Châtelet». Prendre ensuite le métro LIGNE 1 direction «Château de Vincennes» pour deux autres stations jusqu'à «Saint-Paul». IMPORTANT : L'appartement a un ascenseur.

Best Airbnb to date! This apartment is truly a magnificent! We had the best time traveling to Paris for the first time with our two very young girls (11 months and 2.5 yrs), in large part thanks to Francois’ hospitality and communication prior to our trip. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured and advertised—beautifully maintained and well appointed and stocked with everyday essentials. We loved having two large full baths and two WCs and the location can’t be beat. Restaurants, endless shopping within steps of the front door, plus 6-7 supermarkets. The lift was also very helpful with our young girls (strollers, groceries etc). The neighborhood is vibrant but street quiet enough to have windows open for airflow. Francois went well above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She procured a crib for our baby and was always extremely responsive and friendly during our communication. Thank you so much, Francois!
If you appreciate the aesthetic and location of the Crosby in NYC, or Brown’s Hotel in London, but want the privacy and comfort of your own home, this is the apartment for you. The pictures and description of the apartment are precise, and the value is on point. Francois Ingrid could not have been a lovelier host. He is an excellent communicator, quick to respond, and a wealth of knowledge of all things Paris. Nestled in the pristine streets of Marais and a stone throw from the best cappuccino you’ve ever had (Le Loir dans La Théière), you will find yourself living in a dream… Wander the winding cobblestone streets of this beautiful neighborhood and stop for lunch at Chez Marianne, or walk 2 minutes to the train (yes, 2 minutes) and spend an hour swept away in Monet’s Water Lillies (the Musée de l'Orangerie). Stop home for a rest in your silent and chic apartment before heading to Chez Julien for dinner. We would be fools to return to Paris and not stay here again!
Francois Ingrid responded promptly to all my emails. She was extremely helpful in suggesting things we should see and do and communicated with me while in Paris. I greatly appreciated the correspondence which made our travel plans that much easier. When arriving to the apartment, food and drink was waiting for us which was a wonderful welcome; and a helpful guide that listed restaurants and places to see. The apartment was charming; decorated with great care and detail. It was neat, clean and comfortable, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The pictures shown of the Airbnb are exactly what it looks like. The location is within walking distance to the Metro, connected to everywhere we wanted to visit. We could not have asked for a more perfect location. I strongly recommend this apartment and I would absolutely stay here again. The most stunning place in the most perfect location in Paris! This place was incredible and exceeded all of my expectations. The host was super responsive and so kind. The flat has everything you could possibly need and more. It was located in a central location in the Marais but still quiet at night. We had the absolute best time here and cannot wait to come back.
Beautiful cozy apartment that felt like home! We didn't want to leave!! The neighborhood is amazing, full of shops, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets just steps away. Apartment is also walking distance to many sights, and easy access to taxis and trains.
