If I could give 10 stars I would! The pod felt so spacious, comfortable, clean, and private. The hot tub was amazing and worked great! The views of the North Sea from the hot tub were magical. Walkable down to the sea. The pod had a very comfortable bed and coach. There was a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle for tea & coffee. With fresh milk in the fridge. We opted to eat all our meals at The Bay restaurant that’s attached to the property. The food was out standing!! So many amazing options I had a hard time choosing each meal. I can see why it’s won so many awards for best restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The views are spectacular! The owner Jon is very friendly and personable. I couldn’t say enough about his hospitality! He’s wonderful! Overall I will rant and rave about this place to everyone I meet. Such a special slice of heaven there in Dunbeath. Hope to be back one day! Thanks Jon!

A beautiful escape. Solo traveller and felt safe and comfortable. Not overlooked and with a beautiful sea view. Pod has all you need. Robe and slippers for hot tub use are brilliant. Thank you.

The Cabins were fantastic, Cosy and warm with plenty space inside to relax and unwind after a brilliant days exploring the surrounding areas. We had a hot tub cabin and it was perfect, nice a warm with powerful spa jets and dazzling lights....... what a perfect way to end your day. All the amenities in the cabin worked and covered everything you will need. You must venture into the Bay Inn next to the cabins, it's fantastic, John and his team were brilliant, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, what more do you want service with a smile and great affordable food and drink. (must try a pizza) If you are a Whisky lover you won't be found to be wanting. with over 50 Malts on show, from a Speyside, Highland, Islay or a lowland, they have it sorted. We look forward to returning to this retreat in the future. Many thanks to Michelle, John and their wonderful team. 🥃🥰

Lovely getaway with beautiful views, pod had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly

Property was easy to find. Very easy to check-in, was given instructions on which pod we were in and how to get the keys. The pod was spotless, had a good amount of space despite being a pod, liked how there was space under the bed to slide our suitcases under out the way. The hot tub was great, had clear skies to enjoy all the stars! You get robes and slippers for getting in and out which is great. Michelle also went above and beyond and reached out about making a booking at The Bay restaurant next door as it was Valentine’s Day and so tables were getting booked up. I hadn’t really thought about this, so it was nice to get a message asking if we wanted a table booked, saved us being stuck with no table that night! Last thing to note is that the bed was sooooo comfy!
