Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base: 10 minutes walk to the CBD, 10-15 minute walk to Skyline gondola, 1-2 minutes walk to a supermarket, petrol station, café, lunch bar. 13 minute drive from the airport. Laundromat at the same building. The apartment complex has a picnic area and a fitness center. Also, there's free parking nearby, on the street

交通方便 如果只在皇后镇可以不用租车 走路就可以到 离skyline和海边都很近 很卫生 很干净
极具性价比的房子，距离市中心走路仅10多分钟，楼下马路上还可以免费停车，当然需要看运气（我每次回来都有位置），在皇后镇附近找到一个免费停车位真的太好了！ 不过有两个小建议：如果能为房间配上一把门锁就太好了；需要爬很多楼梯，对于行李特别大且重的女士可能不太友好，除此之外我都觉得不错。
Ednardo was a really good host with communicating, additionally the location is really close to the heat of Queenstown. The room was also really tidy. Couple downsides which as mentioned by other people previously was no lock on the door to the room that you stay in (which I think in these situations you really should have one) and the parking situation isn't great, I did manage to get a spot but it meant I had to be up early in the morning to move it before the restrictions kicked in.
A great room for a short term stay. Easy walking distance to the town centre too!
The place is clean and tidy with a free parking space, which is value for money. It takes about ten minutes walk to the city centre that is a convenient location to stay.

You can go to the main spots of qtown cbd walking, by bike or scooter. There are bike rentals a few minutes walking from here and e-scooter rentals at the same building.
